We run consumer research around the world. The only exceptions are Russia and UAE, where for data security reasons we are working with third parties instead of managing our own panel.
There is very little work involved on your side.
In general it's a good idea to schedule a call and tell us about what you want to research or what problem you are trying solve. We then make a recommendation and come up with a proposal for you. If your research is outside of what we're good at we're happy to point you somewhere else more suitable.
If you decide to accept our proposal we will create a survey for your research. We will make recommendations for answer options, any custom questions based on the problem you are trying to solve, etc. You will always have final approval of course.
As soon as you agree with the final survey, you can sit back and relax and we will do the heavy lifting. Depending on the country you are running the research in and how many respondents you want to include we will then have the results a couple of days or weeks later. We will always update you along the way.
When the final results are in we will send you your access details for your dashboard and schedule a run-through, where we go through all the metrics, interesting findings, etc. If you have any questions afterwards we are always happy to jump on a call to discuss or give our opinions. You can invite any other users who should have access to any data directly from the dashboard.

One of the reasons we started Cleria was to enable smaller brands to get started with research as soon as possible. You don't need to have a certain size to benefit from the insights you are getting out of it.
Traditional consumer research companies make most of their money with consulting. That means they have an incentive to make things as complicated as possible so you pay them to explain them to you. We never charge for consulting, which is why we have an incentive to make things as easy as possible for you.
Obviously the research we do is confidential and we cannot share specific results or metrics for specific clients. However, we're happy to share some of the results our clients have achieved, and how our metrics have helped them get there.

The global internet penetration is about as high as the phone penetration. That means that with online respondent recruitment, you are able to reach the same % of the population as with phones.
